twenty-five years' trial experience, specializing in cases
where persons are injured in automobile accidents, medical
malpractice, and other causes of personal injury. I have handled
thousands of civil cases; tried many cases to verdict. Although
I usually represent Plaintiffs, I have been retained to defend
civil cases on numerous occasions. I also handle divorce,
custody issues, and have successfully argued civil cases before
the Virginia Supreme Court and the Virginia Court of Appeals.
Even though most of the civil cases that I have handled have
settled before final verdict, I have tried hundreds of civil
cases to final verdict.
